I love everything about this hotel. Ahmed Tokhy assisted me with the check-in and he gave me a very nice room. The view was amazing, room was clean, the location is the best with free basement parking so you don't need to think about leaving your car in the street.

I loved the big spacious Junior Suit and amazing bed. Lots of light, space, beautiful view, dining room table, work area and it was a free upgrade which conpletely surprised me. Pool was nice, a bit crowded though. Although I have seen lots of guests and kids, it was so quiet in my room. Balcony was useful to have as well. Definitely will be back.

This 4-star hotel in Dubai is a 5-minute drive from Mall of the Emirates. Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Knowledge village are also within 10 - 15 mins drive. Everything was perfect, starting from the concierge Mr Fadl ,the reception Mr Mahmoud, the house keeping, the shisha man Mr. Ibrahim were excellent, the LOCATION was great, very friendly staff, very comfortable room, good value for money, nice restaurant and coffee shop, perfect spa, I really recommend this hotel for all family
