Hotel is very welcoming, staff more than friendly, we had very good time here. There is no better location as everything is close or near bus/tram stops. We will be looking for Citizen M now wherever we go.

The location was great! An easy 10-12 minute walk to Disneyland. Was so refreshing not having to deal with parking. The room was the perfect size and fit 4 adults easily! My brother slept on the sofa bed comfortably and we still had plenty of room for our luggage and moving around the room. The kitchen space was a bonus! There is so much storage space, we never felt crowded. Expect to go downstairs to pick up any additional towels or toiletries. Wasn't bothered at all because of the known work shortage right now, so be kind to those who show up! Had a great experience with all the employees we came across whether it be in the lobby or breakfast space. Great experience & great location for the price! Will definitely stay here again!
